(Hello and Welcome)!
My name is Nick and I started Pita Greek as a “ghost kitchen” in December 2020.
My parents were born in a small fishing village on the island of Lesvos in Greece. They migrated to the US in the 1970’s and worked in hospitality for 50 years. They raised a beautiful family in the suburbs of New York City.
I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2011 and worked in some of the best Greek restaurants in the US. My goal with Pita Greek is to pay homage to my family’s culture by sharing flavors that I grew up with at my kitchen table. I have infused those fresh and delicious flavors into our pitas, salads and bowls.
At Pita Greek, we strive to make all of our food “Me Agapi” (With Love). Kali Orexi (Bon Appetite)! Right now we are only a “ghost kitchen”, but we do hope to build a brick and mortar soon. Stay tuned…
